Exclusive negotiations regarding a potential acquisition in Spain

Xior Student Housing NV and Student Properties Spain SOCIMI, S.A. (“SPS”) jointly announce that they are conducting exclusive discussions regarding the potential acquisition of SPS, which may or may not lead to an agreement.

If a final agreement is reached between the involved parties, Xior and SPS will immediately inform the market.
