Xior Student Housing NV announces the publication of the minutes of the Special General Meeting of shareholders of Thursday 12 September 2024 at 10 am (CET) and the notarial deed of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Thursday 12 September 2024 at 10.30 am (CET), both at the Company's registered office.

At the Special General Meeting, the remuneration report was approved. The minutes of this meeting are available on Xior's website.

At the Extraordinary General Meeting, the renewal of the authorisation of the authorised capital was approved by the Company's shareholders. The notarial deed as well as the coordinated articles of association are available on Xior's website.
