Xior Student Housing NV announces the publication of the notarial deed of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Friday 4 April 2025 at 10.00 am (CET), at the Company's registered office.

At the Extraordinary General Meeting, the renewal of the authorisation of the authorised capital was approved by the Company's shareholders. The notarial deed as well as the coordinated articles of association are available on Xior's website.
