Publication of notice of Special General Meeting & Extraordinary General Meeting

Xior Student Housing NV has published the notice for the Special General Meeting and for the Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders, which will be held on Thursday 12 September 2024 at 10am (CET) and 10.30am (CET) respectively at the Company's registered office.

Should the required attendance quorum not be reached at the first Extraordinary General Meeting, a second Extraordinary General Meeting will be convened on 3 October 2024 at 10am (CET), which will validly deliberate on the same order of business, regardless of the number of shares present or represented.

The notice of meeting, including the agenda and documents to be made available, the proxy form and practical arrangements are also available on the Company's website.
