Publication of notice Extraordinary General Meeting

Xior Student Housing NV has published the notice for the Extraordinary General meeting of shareholders, which will be held on Thursday 15 September at 17:30 pm (CET) at the registered office of the Company.

If the required attendance quorum would not have been reached during the first Extraordinary General meeting, a second Extraordinary General meeting will be convened at 6 October 2022 at 17:30 pm (CET), which will validly deliberate on the same agenda, irrespective of the number of shares present or represented.

The notice, including the agenda and the documents that must be made available, as well as an explanatory note on the Basecamp transaction, the proxy form and the practical modalities, are also available on the company website.
