Publication of notice Extraordinary General Meeting

Xior Student Housing NV has published the notice for the Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders, which will be held on Thursday 19 February 2024 at 12:30 am (CET) at the registered office of the Company.

If the required attendance quorum would not have been reached during the first Extraordinary General Meeting, a second Extraordinary General Meeting will be convened at 11 March 2024 at 10:00 am (CET), which will validly deliberate on the same agenda, irrespective of the number of shares present or represented.

The notice, including the agenda and the documents that must be made available, the proxy form and the practical modalities, are also available on the company website.
