Placement of c. 1,000,000 Xior shares by ST Holding Sàrl

Xior Student Housing has learned that, yesterday after the close of trading, a private placement of c. 1,000,000 shares was successfully completed by ST Holding Sàrl. Following this private placement, the number of shares issued in the context of the Basecamp transaction and that remain with the funds who contributed the Basecamp assets is further reduced. As previously communicated, these funds were not expected to hold these shares long term, and so the placement of these shares is a positive step which is welcomed by Xior.
