Annual General Meeting of 16 May 2024

Xior announces the publication of the minutes of the Ordinary General Meeting held on 16 May 2024. At this meeting, all agenda items were approved. The minutes are available on the Company's website.

At the General Meeting, the proposed gross dividend of 1.768 EUR (1.2376 EUR net) for 2023 was approved by the shareholders (divided between coupons n°23 and 24). The payment date for the dividend is 6 June 2024. On 16 May, Xior also announced the modalities for an optional dividend.
