Update on the publication of the listing prospectus

On 30 May 2022, Xior announced the acquisition of the Basecamp portfolio¹ and adjusted the expected timetable for this transaction on 27 July 2022, announcing a new date for the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting on 15 September 2022.

Further to this transaction, a listing prospectus will also be published on 14 September 2022 (and not on 7 September 2022 as previously announced), provided the attendance quorum for the first Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting of 15 September 2022 will be met. Xior emphasizes that this prospectus is a listing prospectus and that all the relevant information for the shareholders concerning this transaction in the context of their vote at the upcoming Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting is contained in the explanatory note that has already been published together with the convening notice on 16 August 2022.
