Update on timeline Basecamp acquisition

On 30 May 2022 Xior announced the acquisition of the Basecamp portfolio1. In that announcement, a preliminary timeline of the transaction was published. To have an optimal investor engagement in light of the summer holidays, Xior has refined the timetable to target a closing no earlier than mid-September.
